* Any items you’ve already obtained can still be used until the game officially closes.
 

- App download disabled and full service shutdown: Thu, Aug 21, 2025, 02:00 (UTC-5)
 

♣ Paid Currency Transfer Information

- During the application period, eligible accounts may request a transfer of their remaining Premium Black Crystals to a designated Garena mobile game via the Customer Service support page.

- Premium Black Crystals that have already been used or spent in-game, Black Crystals, and any currency or items obtained through gameplay or event rewards are not eligible for transfer.

♣ Transferable Items

- Remaining Premium Black Crystals on your account as of the service shutdown date.

- Any items or currency acquired for free (e.g., through gameplay, events, or campaigns)

- Items used immediately after purchase or partially used

- Expired or consumed items

♣ How to Request a Transfer

- Please contact our Customer Service support page with your account details and the required information.

* You can check which games are eligible for paid currency transfer through the support center.
* You can also confirm the number of transferable Premium Black Crystals through the support center.

♣ How to Check Your Account Info

- Tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner of the game screen to access your account info.

- Go to: ♣ Menu (top-right corner) → Options → Account → Nickname and AID

- To ensure a smooth transfer of Premium Black Crystals, please save your account information (e.g., in-game nickname and AID) properly.
